Ten staff attended an IRCA/CQI-accredited ISO 9001 Internal Auditor course at Falco’s head office in London which was presented by David Bradley on behalf of ISO consultancy, Bywater.

The training is part of a concerted campaign to expand Falco’s auditing capability and reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement through the plan-do-check-act cycle, commented Falco’s HSQE Manager Terry McHugh:

“This course is a major step towards embedding the principles of quality assurance throughout our management team and beyond to include the workforce,” he said, “All attendees found David’s coaching style to be engaging, entertaining and hugely informative.”

“I genuinely enjoyed facilitating the Bywater course and tutoring the group from Falco,” said David Bradley, “A tremendous effort was put in by everyone over the two days training which, for some, was their first exposure to ISO auditing.”
