Tom Sherwood and Jake Lee have been awarded Team of the Month for July 2024 for going-the-extra-mile to achieve customer satisfaction at a ‘dead services’ call out for UKPN in Sidcup.
They devised a workaround excavation method to avoid damaging a resident’s new resin driveway. The resident was very grateful for their endeavours and the level of reinstatement following the work.
