Gavin Burch and Bradley Edwards have been awarded Team of the Month for September 2024 for their impressive performance on the LPN small service team. Feedback from a Senior Agent at Powercare explained that their work was noticeably enhanced when transitioning from streetlighting to more customer-centric work.
Particular praise was reserved for their excellent site set-up and excavation which was mentioned during a call to the team from UKPN Network Operations Director, Patrick Clarke.
